Here is a great script. BUT it must be fixed for Kubuntu About line 21 in the install script Change

 -display sdl,gl=on \

to

 -display gtk,gl=on \

Once that is fixed you run the run.sh script.

Once the installer starts you need first to run disk utility

Format/Erase the larger of the VTIO disks you see.

Then "Reinstall MacOS"

Once all done you need to do the following to set the nvram details which should allow imessage, facetime, icloud etc.
